Subscription plans give you continuous warranty (not just 12 months), all software and firmware updates, and, from Plus onwards, cloud access, reporting, and API. For most operations the lower upfront cost and added features make Plus the best value.
The standard subscription contract is 2 years. At the end, you can continue on the same plan, upgrade to a new device (free for Premium customers), or return the device and end the plan.
All devices carry a 21-day money-back guarantee — return the device within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. After that period, you can cancel at any time but a cancellation fee applies, equal to 12 months of subscription fees or the remaining contract value, whichever is lower. See the full T&Cs.
